Job Description
Boston Health Care for the Homeless is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive healthcare to families and youth experiencing homelessness in the greater Boston area. The nurse will work in a multidisciplinary team within a Family Team to address health-related issues, focusing on assessment, intervention, referrals, and case management. Services include primary and episodic care, mental health and substance use treatment, nutrition, and advocacy.
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts RN license
- 1 year pediatric nursing experience
- 3 years of experience in a self-directed capacity
