2026 JetBlue Park Fan & Youth Engagement Team Member

The Boston Red Sox Fan & Youth Department is seeking a Fan & Youth Engagement team member to work throughout the 2026 Spring Training season. The successful candidate will bring the Boston Red Sox fan experience to life, engaging with fans and hosting events in the community.

Requirements

• Ability to work throughout the 2026 Spring Training season
• Previous experience working with youth/students (not required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to interact with and entertain a crowd of all ages
• General knowledge of baseball and the Red Sox
