2026 Ticket Operations Representative

The Ticket Operations Representative is a part-time position responsible for providing top-tier customer service to fans at Fenway Park. Responsibilities include walk-up sales, will-call service, and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and telephone
• Prior telemarketing, customer service and/or sales experience is preferred, but not essential
• Ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines
