Job Description
Process Development Engineer works closely with R&D and Manufacturing to develop robust, capable, cost-effective & safe manufacturing processes. The role involves strong technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration to support the efficient transfer of new products & processes into commercial production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in engineering or related field
- 5-7 years working experience in process / process development
- Strong technical expertise on process/product technologies
- Knowledge of DFSS/DMAIC tools and Lean methodologies
- Ability to lead experimentation and testing
- Understanding of regulatory requirements
