At Boston Scientific, we’re seeking a Program Principal Magellan GSC Planning to lead our global business transformation initiative, migrating our ERP system from ECC to S4 HANA. As a key leadership role, you will ensure successful delivery across all company functions, divisions, and global regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in technical, operational, or professional roles within the medical device or healthcare industry
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a PMO or complex program management role
- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale change or transformation programs, ideally in a systems or technology environment in a complex matrixed environment
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and related application ecosystems
- Strong understanding of Global Supply chain concepts
- Understanding of core business processes across functions
- Vendor management experience, including sourcing and selection, MSA and SOW creation, performance monitoring, and financial oversight
- Ability to identify and manage risks associated with scope, defects, cross-functional alignment, and other factors to ensure on time quality delivery
