Senior Project Manager - Integration

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for executing a portfolio of activities required to successfully integrate acquired companies into Boston Scientific systems, processes, and facilities. The role requires a combination of strong business acumen, disciplined project management, fact-based decision-making, and collaborative stakeholder leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of broad, cross-functional experience within the medical device industry
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: Project management, Functional leadership in product development, Portfolio management, Commercial experience (sales or marketing), Business strategy development
• Proven ability to lead and execute a portfolio of complex projects
• Strong business acumen and strategic thought leadership
• Demonstrated success motivating cross-functional teams to achieve results above plan
• Ability to excel in collaborative, matrixed environments
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
