Job Description
Boston Scientific is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to drive quality initiatives and ensure compliance across global teams. The role involves investigating, implementing quality systems, leading process improvements, mentoring junior engineers, and providing quality engineering support for regulatory readiness. This is a highly visible and cross-functional position with significant impact on patient safety and company objectives.
Requirements
- Investigating and implementing best-in-class quality engineering practices.
- Identifying and improving quality systems and processes to support launch and ongoing distribution.
- Leading the implementation of assurance activities, process controls, and CAPA systems.
- Communicating complex information clearly and influencing decision-making.
- Working independently and receiving guidance on complex issues.
- Fluency in English.
- Project management experience.
