Job Description
This licensed electrician position installs and maintains electric systems for BWSC facilities and meters. Responsibilities include assembling, installing, testing, and repairing electrical systems, ensuring compliance with codes, and performing inspections. The role requires close collaboration with other Commission staff and adherence to departmental policies.
Requirements
- Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician's License or Master Electrician’s License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Five (5) years of experience as a licensed Electrician
- Knowledge of City of Boston electric codes
- Valid Massachusetts Commercial Driver’s License
- Solid understanding of City of Boston electric codes
