Job Description
The Operations Service Repairperson IIA is responsible for investigating complaints, making necessary repairs, and performing various field investigations and record findings. The position also involves operating pneumatic, hydraulic, electric, and gas hand tools and equipment, as well as motor equipment requiring a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Massachusetts Commercial Driver’s License with Air Brakes Endorsement and Tanker Endorsement
- Completion of BWSC’s Apprentice Program
- Waste-Water Collection Course and certification
- Water Distribution Course
- Knowledge of all safety procedures and proper use of required safety equipment
