Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar sales telephone customer communication position or in an educational environment
• Background in a Telecommunication environment will be considered an asset
• College/University degree or professional development

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
