The F&B Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations across multiple quick-service outlets, bars, and catering venues within the waterpark. This role ensures high-quality food, beverage, and guest service standards, and maintains compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of F&B management experience
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, alcohol service regulations, and guest service principles
• Proven ability to manage multiple outlets and teams simultaneously
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Financial acumen in budgeting, labor management, and inventory control
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS/operational systems
