Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Music and Pop Culture Sales Associate to join their team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, merchandising the store, and assisting with sales transactions. The associate will work alongside store management to maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience.
- Ability to work a minimum of 16 years of age.
- Superpowers in providing customer service and selling.
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise product, and pack/unpack boxes of merch up to 50 pounds.
