Job Description
Hot Topic is seeking a Store Manager to lead their store in achieving sales targets, recruiting new staff, and fostering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a retail maverick with strong organizational and communication skills, passionate about pop culture and music.
Requirements
- Recruit, develop, and retain a super collaborative and passionate team
- Lead an operationally sound business, balance organizational structure and delegation
- Keep watch on shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and scheduling
- Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and customer feedback
- Ensure merchandise is consistently merchandised
- Mentor team members for continuous growth
- Manage spending appropriately
