Job Description
BoxLunch is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, recruit and develop a team, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be a retail maverick, passionate about pop culture, and dedicated to creating a vibrant customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Enthusiasm for pop culture and trends
- Ability to navigate store operations and merchandise effectively
