Job Description
BoxLunch is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store in achieving sales targets, recruiting and developing the team, and maintaining excellent customer service. The role involves creating a fun, engaging environment for customers and employees, and embracing the pop culture spirit of the company.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- Proficiency with POS systems and reporting software
- Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and pack/unpack boxes
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
