Estimator - Auto Body

Assured Auto is seeking an Estimator to join their team in Brampton-North. The Estimator will be responsible for creating estimates, coordinating repair needs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies. The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of estimating experience, and knowledge of vehicle repair practices and OE guidelines.

Requirements

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Write accurate estimates for the damage of vehicle and repairs to be completed
• Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process
• Ensure ASE is updated accurately with important details from every customer interaction
• Ensure compliance with all insurance requirements
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to the appropriate team members
• Participate in daily “production walks” with the Management Team
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager
• Build customer relationships and apply learning to maximize KPI performance (Sales/ GP/ EBITA/ BHPD/ NPS, Return Rate, etc.)
