Club Director FULL-TIME

Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Lucie County is seeking a full-time Club Director to manage daily operations, provide program and service delivery, and oversee staff and facilities. The role requires a strong focus on program development, community relations, and ensuring the club provides a world-class experience for youth. They aim to help youth achieve a GREAT future through impactful programs and a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Submit to background screening through the Florida Department of Children & Families.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field OR 3+ years experience in a similar role OR 2+ years with demonstrated team leadership.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, computer, internet and data analysis
