Fundraising & Development Director

The Fundraising & Development Director is a visible ambassador for the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows, responsible for growing philanthropic revenue through major gifts, monthly giving, corporate giving, sponsorships, and employee payroll deduction programs. The role involves cultivating, stewarding, and expanding an assigned donor portfolio, as well as identifying new donor pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in nonprofit fundraising, individual giving, major gifts, or a closely related development role
• Demonstrated success in securing and growing individual and corporate gifts, including major and mid-level donors
• Proven experience managing a donor portfolio and meeting or exceeding significant annual revenue goals (experience with six-figure portfolios and/or $500K+ annual targets strongly preferred)
