Job Description
The Reading Success Academy Team Lead plans, implements, supervises, and evaluates reading tutoring activities to enhance literacy development. This role develops engaging materials, manages a team of interns, monitors student progress, and fosters a supportive learning environment for all participants.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters in Education or related field
- Knowledge of computers at beginning level of Microsoft Office and Google
- Excellent communication skills
- Must pass a background check, fingerprint, and physical examination
