Clubhouse Director- Northern Area, Full Time

The Clubhouse Director is responsible for the overall management and operations of the entire Northern Area Clubhouse, serving as the leader of the staff and primary liaison to families, partners, and the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and/or 5+ years leadership experience in early childhood education, education, child development, nonprofit management, facility management, and/or youth programming
• Experience as a business manager or coordinator of a youth program or child care facility with demonstrated ability to supervise staff, budgets and collaborate with an administrative team
• Certifications and Clearances: CPR, Pediatric First Aid, Child Abuse Prevention, Criminal History, FBI Clearance, NSOR Certificate, PA Disclosure, PA Staff Health Assessment, TB Test, and Mandated Reporter certification required upon hire
