Boys Town is seeking married couples to work as Group Home Live-In Leaders in Tallahassee, Florida. The role involves providing care and guidance to boys and girls in need, and requires flexibility, emotional support, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age or older
• High School diploma or equivalent is required, some college credit is preferred
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and ability to pass MVR Check
• Flexibility and willingness to work a wide array of hours
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and reference verification procedure
• Ability to attend a 2-week paid training in Omaha, Nebraska
