Manager of Research Operations

Provides operational leadership and promotes efficiency for the Institute for Human Neuroscience and all research laboratories within the Institute. The Manager of Research Operations is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising administrative/operational staff, ensuring accounting and human resources policies are followed, and developing strategies to optimize shared resources and software systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in science, communication, English, psychology, sociology, or business
• Minimum four years of proven experience working directly with NIH funded research and project management
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of transfer or hire
• Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) certification within 30 days of transfer or hire
