Multi-Systemic Therapist (LMHP/PLMHP)

As a Multi-Systemic Therapist at Boys Town, you will work directly with families in their homes and communities using the proven Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) model. You will carry a small caseload (4–6 families) and meet with families 3–5 hours per week to guide them through meaningful change.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field
• Eligible for or currently hold a Nebraska mental health license (PLMHP, LMHP, LIMHP)
• Willing to be on-call for your own caseload
• Passionate about working with families and making a lasting impact
