Job Description
At location Katwijk in Oss, residents live independently in their own apartment. The assistant care and welfare will support the care team with practical and daily tasks, such as making beds, processing laundry, and providing light ADL support.
Requirements
- MBO 2 work and thinking level
- Affinity with care and welfare
- Practical and able to see quickly what needs to be done
- Patient, calm, and able to switch quickly between different tasks
- Flexible and able to work on weekends
- Interest in residents and ability to notice how someone is doing
- Sufficient life experience to have genuine, pleasant conversations
- Ability to handle a computer well
