We're looking for a coordinating caregiver to join our team in Oss and provide exceptional care to our home care clients. As a coordinating caregiver, you'll be responsible for providing emotional support and guidance to our clients, as well as assisting with daily tasks and activities. You'll work as part of a team to ensure our clients receive the best possible care and create personalized care plans to meet their unique needs.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Level 3 Diploma in Care and Wellbeing
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a care role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• A valid driving license
