Job Description
We are looking for an experienced chef with a passion for fresh and healthy food to join our team at Sint Jan. As an independent working chef, you will be responsible for the kitchen, instructing kitchen assistants, and ensuring that meals are nutritious, delicious, and attractively presented.
Requirements
- MBO level 3 - chef's diploma
- Proven work experience in a professional kitchen or comparable production kitchen
- Knowledge of HACCP (desirable)
- Digital skills
- Good communication skills and proactive attitude
- Creativity and initiative in putting together dishes and menus
- Experience with purchasing, inventory management, and minimizing waste
