Job Description
As a team manager in home care in the Meierijstad region, you will be responsible for the home care in Veghel, guiding and mentoring 50 employees. You will have a helicopter view and coach employees on tasks and goals, and support the nurse and facilitate them in possibilities to move outside.
Requirements
- Completed HBO management program
- Several years of experience as a leader in care
- Approachable, involved team manager with a heart for elderly care
- Course-driven, clear and able to make good decisions
- Good communicative skills
- Focused on working together with society and stakeholders
