Inside Sales (Export Channel) and Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales and Customer service representative to join our team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service experience, international experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business or 3-5 years general sales or business experience
• Strong, professional written and verbal communication
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle experience a plus
• Fluent in Arabic or Spanish preferred
