This position involves engaging with clients and supporting tax and audit services, primarily responsible for overseeing complex tax projects and managing staff. The role involves training, mentoring, and providing feedback on client relationships, as well as providing financial analysis and reviewing accounting reports. The manager also participates in business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred)
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including managing staff
- Licensed CPA or CMA license preferred
- Strong technology skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work as a team player
