Remote Social Media Strategist - Barbados

Brafton is seeking a Remote Social Media Strategist for a 100% remote, full-time contract position open to candidates in the Caribbean. The strategist will develop and implement social media strategies, manage advertising budgets, create content calendars, and provide performance reports, reporting to the VP of Social Media. The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and within a team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Studies in Marketing, Communications or related area preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience with social networks such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest
