Insurance Officer

The company is recruiting for an Insurance Officer to handle P&I and other insurance related claims. The role requires someone well-versed in standard insurance terms & conditions and certification. Candidates should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar in-house role with experience in P&I claims
• University degree in Law (LLB), Maritime Studies and/or a postgraduate degree (LLM) with specialisation in Maritime Law or any other related field
• High sense of initiative, professionalism and responsibility
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• High attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of the written and spoken English language
