Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in a digital agency
• Understanding and applying end-to-end UX and UI design processes
• Experience using AI and design automation tools to improve efficiency and creativity
• Confident designing mobile-first and responsive experiences
• Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects
• Proficiency in Figma, and other collaboration tools
• Clear communication (both visually and verbally)
• Impressive portfolio showcasing design process
• Calmness under pressure and receptiveness to feedback
