Backend Team Lead (Node.js) - Portugal

BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. We are looking for 3 experienced Team Leads to join our development teams in Lisbon and lead the backend technologies of our systems.

Requirements

• Lead, mentor, and manage backend engineers
• Actively write, review, and refactor code
• Participate in agile ceremonies
• Enhance system quality by resolving technical debt
• Design solutions and make key technical decisions
• Assign tasks and balance workloads within the team
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers to adopt the latest technologies
• Document domain knowledge, improve engineering standards
