Job Description
BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. We're looking for a Czech/Slovak VIP Customer Support Agent to handle inquiries from our high-value players and ensure a premium service experience.
Requirements
- Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English, both written and spoken
- Proactive with strong customer service or sales skills
- Great communication and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused
- Experience in iGaming or VIP support is a plus
