BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. We're seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner to join our team, driving business value through human capital.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role
- Strong command of English (written & spoken); Spanish is a plus
- Proven knowledge across HR disciplines (compensation, employee relations, talent management, etc.)
- Experience with HR systems (preferably BambooHR)
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification is a plus
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- In-depth understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools
