HR Operations and Imigration Lead

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations & Immigration Lead to oversee the development, optimization, and transition of HR operations within our growing regional hub in Valencia. This role will combine strategic leadership and hands-on operational management, ensuring seamless HR service delivery, legal compliance, and successful execution of HR projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership or migration project management role.
• Strong expertise in Spanish labor law, contract drafting, and HR compliance.
• Proven experience managing HR teams and driving performance in a shared service or multinational environment.
• Solid project management skills, with experience leading HRIS systems.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
