Requirements

• Plan, prepare and conduct customer inventories in accordance with our company standards
• Prompt customers to conduct timely inventories, analyze the results and track deviations
• Ensure consistency between physical stock and CHEP book stock for individual customers and identify and monitor discrepancies
• Create, correct and initiate the invoicing of inventory results and inform internal contact persons about the results
• Create loss recommendations for account managers and initiate the invoicing of inventory results
• Regularly review customer accounts, assess performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve customer satisfaction
• Bring ideas and feedback to optimize service processes and increase efficiency
