Branch International is a for-profit, socially conscious company that delivers world-class financial services to the mobile generation. We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Team Lead to drive mass-market sales execution and grow customer acquisition across our banking products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably within banking, fintech, financial services, or FMCG.
• Proven experience supervising or leading frontline sales teams (DSRs, Telesales, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of mass-market and SME banking products and customer behaviour.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
• Hands-on sales mindset with the ability to lead by example.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic sales analytics to track performance.
• Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and execution driven.
