Requirements

• 1–3 years of SDR/BDR experience, ideally in a B2B environment
• Genuine interest in AI: comfortable using LLMs and automation tools
• Strong communicator who is confident on the phone and video
• Impeccable written communication skills
• High urgency and responsiveness; you understand speed wins inbound
• Analytical and experiment-driven: comfortable running tests and interpreting data
• Resourceful, curious, and comfortable in fast-changing environments
• Organized, autonomous, and able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping details
