Director, Insurance Product

At Branch, we're on a mission to make insurance more affordable and accessible. We're looking for a Director, Insurance Product to set the strategic direction for multiple lines of business across a multi-state footprint.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Personal Lines Product Management across auto and homeowners
• Deep understanding of product pricing, underwriting, regulatory environments, and the levers that drive product performance
• Functional leadership and ability to lead teams and develop high-performing product managers
• Strong cross-functional leadership, especially partnering with actuarial, engineering, underwriting, data science, and compliance organizations
