Compliance Officer

As a Compliance Officer at Brand New Day, you will be the critical, constructive conversation partner who ensures that we deliver on our promises: being trustworthy and transparent towards our customers and supervisors.

Requirements

• Monitor and report to management and the board on our compliance with laws and regulations and our internal policy
• Contribute to the further professionalization of our compliance policy, including monitoring programs and internal guidelines
• Advise on the application of relevant laws and regulations, focusing on ethical business practices, customer importance, governance, and risk management
• Test new products, campaigns, and customer communication for compliance and integrity risks
• Support in maintaining contact with supervisors (AFM and De Nederlandsche Bank)
• Support in awareness activities, training, and periodic risk assessments
