Job Description
The MDS Assistant supports the accurate and timely completion of all Medicare and Medicaid case-mix documents, coordinates the RAI process, and maintains organized documentation to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous MDS experience
- Current Virginia RN License
- Excellent communication skills
