Director, Business Performance

Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney at Law is seeking a Business Performance Director to drive operational efficiency, financial performance and strategic planning across our practice areas. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in performance management, business analytics, or strategic operations.

Requirements

• Evaluate and streamline processes across practice areas to support functions that increase productivity and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance across departments.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Work with department heads to implement performance improvement plans.
• Prepare reports and strategic insights for leadership meetings.
• Support the firm’s planning processes, including goal setting, performance tracking and progress reporting.
