We're seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Fleet Coordinator to oversee our vehicle fleet, ensuring everything runs smoothly and stays in excellent condition. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our business is equipped with the right tools and equipment to maximize performance, safety, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Self-motivated individual, able to work individually, as well as part of a team
- Experience in fleet management, procurement, or workshop operations
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Problem-solving skills; ability to assess situation; evaluate options and select and act upon best solution
- Good working knowledge of MS Office including Excel pivot tables and vlookup and PowerBi
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract are required
- Good interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skills
