Technical Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Technical Trainer to elevate our service technicians' expertise through effective training programs and instructional development.

Requirements

• Assess the development needs of Brandt's service technicians
• Implement training programs across all branches
• Create instructional materials for the repair, maintenance, and operation of heavy equipment
• Deliver training as a Certified Dealer Instructor (CDI) or as an in-house expert
• Develop a high-quality educational curriculum for effective equipment operation and repair
• Ensure evaluations accurately measure student competence
• Maintain up-to-date training materials, including course outlines
• Schedule training with service managers and supervisors
• Communicate training schedules and course information clearly
• Document and report student evaluation scores and attendance
• Prepare and distribute certificates of completion
• Liaise with external agencies on behalf of Brandt
