Requirements
- Represent the company in the sale of equipment within a defined geographic area.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of features and benefits of all equipment sold by the dealership.
- Implement and maintain regular customer call cycles within your area of responsibility.
- Monitor competitive products and activity, and report findings to management promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records within your assigned territory.
- Understand and adhere to a clearly defined sales process.
- Achieve sales objectives set by Brandt as part of the sales planning process, including market share targets.
- Maintain assigned company vehicles and equipment.
- Assist with the planning and execution of customer events.
- Conduct field demonstrations of new equipment.
- Monitor customer business trends and report significant developments to management.
- Stay current with available financing options to assist customers with purchasing decisions.
- Attend relevant sales training events and seminars.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports as required by management.
- Maintain knowledge of used equipment values and evaluate trade-ins accurately.
