Brandt is seeking a Vice President of Sales – Construction and Forestry to join the sales team, providing strategic leadership and direction for construction sales across Australia.
Requirements
- Achieving sales growth and profitability throughout the assigned Territory.
- Providing assistance in and guidance for forecasting the right inventory mix to achieve sales and market share goals in the assigned Territory.
- Assisting in managing and developing all sales employees to build a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company and customers.
- Recruitment, training, development, and management of direct reports.
- Providing input on advertising, promotion, and marketing in connection with Brandt sales.
- Assisting with the negotiation of sales contracts with customers.
- Establishing and maintaining good public relations with communities, civic, political and industry personnel.
- Ongoing presence at all physical operating locations within Brandt's prescribed AOR is critical.
- Continuous ongoing communication and contact with the Sr. VP of Sales daily, weekly and monthly.
