Branscome is seeking a Roller Operator for the Paving Department in Richmond, VA. This role involves operating a self-propelled roller to compact asphalt, ensuring safety standards, and performing regular equipment checks. The position requires a commitment to teamwork and strong physical ability.
Requirements
- Ride a self-propelled Roller with steel drums or solid rubber wheels.
- Ensure a safe work environment and follow safety policies.
- Perform daily equipment checks.
