We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to own the technical relationship with customers, drive value, retention, and adoption of Braze's product, and manage a portfolio of named accounts.
Requirements
- 3-5 years client-facing experience as a TAM or in a related technical area
- 3+ years of technical experience in managing complex customer environments
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal skills
- Problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and manage multiple competing priorities
