Youth League/ Tournament Coordinator

This Youth League/Tournament Coordinator position supports the daily organization of Youth League/Tournament programming. The role involves scheduling activities, assisting with fundraising and hiring, and creating a positive community. It requires a highly motivated, knowledgeable individual with a strong commitment to Breakaway Hoops' mission.

Requirements

• Develop and schedule activities that meet program objectives and address team, child, and family needs.
• Assist with sales and marketing of teams, children, and families to encourage participation in league and tournament play.
• Assist in hiring, supervising, and supporting staff and volunteers.
• Write and submit reports to funding agencies.
• Create a strong sense of community that values respect, acceptance, and high expectations.
